CONCRETE NOTE
Order at least 10% extra concrete. This should compensate and allow for batching tolerances, spreading forms, uneven sub grade, settlement, residual materials in mixer, spilling, etc. Also note that it can get very expensive if we have to use two mixers to deliver the concrete that could have been delivered in one.
